Stretch Alive Episodic Descriptions
Episode 1 - In this episode, yoga instructor Lisa Schwartz guides viewers into an initial discovery of basic yoga poses. The main emphasis in the program is learning to tune into your body, to develop a proper standing posture and a strong foundation through your feet and legs for doing yoga poses.
Episode 2 - In this episode, yoga instructor Lisa Schwartz takes viewers through a series of poses to discover the relationship between the top and bottom of the body through stretching. She teaches some basic standing stretches and seated forward bends and gives some advice on setting up a practice session.
Episode 3 - In this episode, yoga instructor Lisa Schwartz focuses on developing an awareness of the opposing dynamics in stretching and provides more tips for practices. She takes viewers through a number of standing and seated stretches including ones that can be done in an office chair.
Episode 4 - In this episode, yoga instructor Lisa Schwartz focuses on the use of props to enhance various yoga poses, both standing and seated ones. She introduces some easy back bends including the Locust, the Bow, and the Cobra.
Episode 5 - In this program, yoga instructor Lisa Schwartz shows viewers how to start putting the poses together into sequences, starting with the Sun Series. She also introduces some new forward bends and twists for the spine in her efforts to teach viewers how to deepen the awareness of their bodies.

She teaches a more a challenging version of the Sun Series and shows how to connect standing poses together into a fluid series.
Episode 8 - In this final episode, yoga instructor Lisa Schwartz, reviews the most challenging Sun series, and the senior standing poses. She introduces some new poses to increase balance. She also teaches an inverted relaxation pose using a couple of kitchen chairs.
